Step 1: Download the installer here.

Step 2: Download the skin from this page.

Step 3: Run the installer from your PC while Active Sync is on with your phone connected.

Step 4: Hit "Explore" in Active Sync and choose where you want to save your skin.

Step 5: Run the .psk file from "File Explorer" on your phone.

Step 6: Cross your fingers and hope it installed fine. Hit the green button on your phone and see if anything is different. You may need to do a soft reset.

Step 7: Abuse me at I-mate User.com because it didn't work!

Note: I have every skin from this site so far saved to my SD card. All I have to do if I want to switch is select the file I want from File Explorer. I don't need to soft reset with these skins but if it doesn't come up, try soft resetting.
